🛡️ Fly Frontier Virtual – Rules & Policies

Welcome to Fly Frontier Virtual (FFv). To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and professional experience for all our pilots, staff, and community members, the following rules and policies are strictly enforced. By joining FFV, you agree to abide by these policies.

✈️ 1. General Conduct

• Respect all members regardless of rank, experience, or background.

• Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.

• Keep language and content appropriate across all platforms (Discord, website, flights, networks, etc.).

• Follow staff instructions at all times.

📑 2. Registration Requirements

• Members must register using their real first name and last initial.

• A valid email is required for account verification and communication.

• Duplicate or fake accounts will be removed.

🎧 3. Discord Policy

• All members must join our Discord Server to stay informed and interact with staff and fellow pilots.

• Nicknames must follow the format: FirstName LastInitial Pilot ID | Home Base (e.g., Reeves P FFT123 | KDEN).

• Do not spam or derail conversations in any channel.

🎓 4. Flight Regulations

• Flights must be flown using approved simulators and aircraft within our fleet list.

• A valid SimBrief OFP is required for all scheduled flights.

• Pilots must submit PIREPs honestly; falsified or “ghost” flights will result in disciplinary action.

• Use of real-world Frontier procedures is encouraged.

• Pilots must use their flight bid callsign, NOT their Pilot ID.

📋 5. Activity & Inactivity

• Pilots are expected to log at least one flight every 30 days to remain active.

• Inactive pilots will receive a warning via email and Discord before being placed on inactive status.

• Reinstatement requests are not needed. Logging a flight while inactive will restart the inactivity timeframe.

🚫 6. Cheating, Exploits & Misconduct

• Use of software or tools to falsify flight data, fuel use, or hours is prohibited.

• Any attempt to exploit the system will result in immediate removal.

• Disrespect toward ATC (VATSIM/IVAO) will result in termination and blacklisting.

👨‍✈️ 7. Staff Expectations

• FFv staff are here to help. Treat them respectfully.

• Abuse or manipulation of staff tools or privileges will not be tolerated.

• Staff members will not act on issues outside the scope of FFv or personal disputes.

📂 8. Privacy & Data

• Your data (Pilot ID, name, hours, etc.) is used only within FFv for operation and community recognition.

• We will never sell or share your data outside of FFv.
